The NuVue LLC SMS program is operated under the program name NuVue LLC Messaging. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from NuVue LLC related to your account and the services we provide.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your engagement with our services, including appointment reminders, meeting confirmations, and follow-up messages.

Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard charges from your wireless carrier may apply to any messages sent or received through this program. NuVue LLC is not responsible for any carrier fees you may incur.

Opt-in, opt-out, and help

• —To opt out of the SMS program at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages from us.
• —To opt in (or re-subscribe) to the SMS program, reply START.
• —For help, reply HELP, and you'll receive instructions on how to contact us.

Supported carriers

The SMS program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Liability

NuVue LLC is not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
