1. Who we are

NuVue LLC ("NuVue," "we," "us") is an Iowa-based company that builds and runs growth and operations systems for businesses — including websites, search and AI-search optimization, Google Business Profile management, review and lead automation, advertising management, and custom software.

2. Using this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, misrepresent your identity in forms, or use content from it in ways these terms don't allow. We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

3. Services and subscriptions

Our services are sold as ongoing subscriptions, typically with a one-time setup fee and an initial minimum term (for example, six months), then continuing month to month. The specific scope, pricing, term, and billing schedule for your engagement are set out in your service agreement or written proposal — not on this website. Prices shown or quoted are exclusive of third-party costs (such as advertising spend paid directly to platforms, domain registration, or software fees), which are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

4. Client responsibilities

To deliver our services, we may need timely access to accounts and information (for example, your Google Business Profile, domain, analytics, or advertising accounts) and your cooperation on approvals and content. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide about your business and for having the right to contact the customers our systems reach on your behalf.

5. Ownership — what's yours and what's ours

Yours: Your business assets remain yours — your domain name, your business's content and images, your customer data, your reviews, and your Google Business Profile. If your subscription ends, you keep them.

Ours: The running systems are what your subscription pays for — the automations, integrations, management, hosting configurations, our internal tools, processes, and know-how. When a subscription ends, the systems stop running and our license to operate on your behalf ends. Custom software engagements (NuVue AI Systems) define ownership and post-termination terms in their own service agreements.

This website: All content on this site — copy, design, code, and images — belongs to NuVue or its clients and may not be reproduced without permission. Client names and results are shown with permission.

6. No guarantees of specific results

We engineer for results and show our receipts, but no one can honestly guarantee search rankings, AI-search placement, call volume, or revenue — and we don't. Results shown on this site are real, from real clients, and are examples of what has happened, not a promise of what will. Where we make a specific commitment (for example, automated lead-response behavior), it is stated in your service agreement.

7. Payment, cancellation, and termination

Fees are billed as set out in your service agreement. Subscriptions may be canceled per that agreement's notice terms after the initial term. We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment or material breach. Fees already paid for work performed are non-refundable unless your agreement says otherwise.

8. Third-party platforms

Our services depend on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, carriers, hosting providers, and others). We don't control them. Changes to their products, policies, pricing, or algorithms may affect services and results, and we are not liable for their actions or outages.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: our services and website are provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits; and our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the services in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify NuVue against claims arising from your business's products or services, content or information you provide, or your violation of law or these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iowa, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
