Client service data. If you become a client, we handle information needed to deliver our services — for example, access to your Google Business Profile, website analytics, advertising accounts, and customer contact information used by systems we build and run on your behalf.

If you submit your phone number through our website or otherwise consent to receive texts from us, you agree to receive SMS messages from NuVue related to your inquiry or the services we provide — for example, an automated reply confirming we received your message, scheduling messages, and service updates.

If you are a NuVue client, systems we build for you may send text messages to your customers on your behalf (for example, review requests and lead responses). You are responsible for having the right to contact those customers; we operate those systems under your direction.

We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us operate — such as hosting (e.g., Vercel), communications (e.g., Twilio), scheduling, analytics, and advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Meta) — and only as needed to provide our services
• Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) when necessary
• Authorities, if required by law

We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

5. Cookies and analytics
